After 13 years of spending the day continents apart, we finally celebrated it together again! I’m happy we were able to make it happen even when planned for a very limited time. I rushed to buy a cake from Conti’s in Greenbelt after work. Then walked quickly along Paseo then underpass to reach Ayala Triangle. Whew! I was about to throw up cos, before I left the office, I forced myself to finish my cup of coffee! Didn’t know the effect ‘til then. So anyway, we ate at Kanin Club (thanks for my officemates for this suggestion). I know my parents love Filipino cuisine so I chose this. But of course, I consulted my siblings! Hehe!
I’ll share pictures next time. I’m only using my iPod to update you guys of what happened today. :)
By the way, tomorrow (19) is my 2nd anniversary of passing the board. Woot! I can still remember the day so vividly. I know God made some MAGIC to pass me! It was impossible to achieve! Seriously! Thank You Lord endlessly. :)
Last Friday, I attended a slumber party at one of my richest-but-most-humble friends from AC. We had some drinks. Then a lot of kwentos, a.k.a. sharing of secrets, most of which were about love life, haha. Of course, I wasn’t able to share anything. Haha.
To make us all fall asleep, they decided to watch Insidious. But then, before they even inserted the USB to DVD player, I, unsurprisingly, fell asleep right away. The time I opened my eyes, it was already morning. I didn’t even feel the horror movie they watched last night, even when some of them were screaming. Haha! The next morning, we went for a swimming.

Shared a couple of things again. Then random planning for next week’s getaway. Haha. After we washed up, we watched “The Crazy Little Thing Called Love”, the Thai version. And we were all so kilig, (even if it was already my 3rd time to watch). Then stayed for some more hours to kill time. We planned to watch a gig at Casa Nami along Jupiter St. Makati City.

This is a continuation of my previous entry.
Recently, I’ve pretty much screwed up but thankfully both are non-work related. Haha! During those two challenging times, they (officemates) have been nothing but very supportive of me.
Last week, I almost missed the outing I had been looking forward to since the beginning of May. I was the most excited person. I love out-of-town trips and even more the free ones! I had prepared my wardrobe earlier than the usual. But on the night prior the event, I got a hard time sleeping. Ended up, I wasn’t able to wake up on time! Yeees!! Seriously! If not for the call that my officemate made at 4:30, I wouldn’t be able to panic and get up from my bed! E kamusta yung 4:30 kasi yung alis nung bus, diba? Haha, major taranta lang! I actually almost cried for that! Buti na lang, my things were already packed.
To make things even harder to take, all roads were being constructed and all traffic lights were on red. Hence, even before sunrise, we didn’t have a smooth ride. My parents drove me to SLEX where our designated bus was waiting. Haha. Goodness, I was super embarrassed of what happened but what should I do? I really wanted to go to the beach!!! Hahaha! There was no pride left in me. After all, my officemates did everything for me, too. Argued to some for my own benefit, so I was really in no place to act up, di ba? And as natural it is in our society, senior people would get annoyed for even considering waiting for a junior like me. So yeah, I sucked in all their annoyance and enjoyed our trip anyway.
And when I said “enjoy”, I meant like these…
